- Our E Consult service is now open from 6am till 4:30pm Monday- Fridays from 09/09/24. As a practice we will trial this change and are keen to work with patients to hear your feedback. We hope the extended hours of this service will be beneficial.

Are you over 50 and looking to enhance your well-being? Join our referral only Tai Chi classes being held every Friday in Hertford and Tewin, and experience the transformative power of this ancient practice. Tai Chi is proven to improve balance, coordination, mobility, brain function, and much more.

Please see the attached poster for the Tai Chi classes being held, these classes are free for all patients. The classes can be for patients who are recovering from surgery or needing to strengthen their core and improve balance and/or suffering from mild depression. Plus many more benefits!
